Welcome to Enlightened Horsemanship Through Touch.
Bloggers have varying ideas about comments. Let me make mine clear.
I welcome comments, questions, and challenges of all kinds. I am not here on the internet to pontificate or preen. I am here to research, think, muse and share. I hope my readers will do the same. With an emphasis on share. All comments are welcome here. So grab another cup of coffee and limber up your fingers.
I want to hear from you!
Please give me more details as to how exactly this works and if there are any costs involved. Please don’t have anyone call me, just send me an email reply. Thank you. Sarah.
I’m a growing professional trainer, and I find this site uplifting and insightful. I look forward to learning more from your posts! I enjoy how you submit actual research.
AloHa Dana,
Thanks for stopping by and poking around. Did you pop over to the new URL? The reason I ask is that there’s a lot more research on offer there. That’s also why I post so rarely; I’m working on a lot of magazine articles and book. Stay tuned, I’m not done yet. And I look forward to seeing you over at EHTT.net again soon.
Hi. I have enjoyed reading your blog and wanted to introduce myself. I am new to WordPress and am a writer who specializes in equine-related topics. Connecting with other like-minded people would be wonderful. Please consider following my blog, and horse care and management articles. Constructive advice is always welcome. Thank you and have a wonderful day…
Hello,
I found your site though Google as it is related to my own Pets site. I wanted to ask if you would be interested in a link exchange as I have a blog related to cats, http://www.thecatsblog.com
I have been swapping links for while now and have found it very beneficial to search engine rankings for everyone. If you are interested please add my link details and mail me back and I will add your link in the blogroll section of my site asap.
Here is my details:
Blog about cats
Thank you very much for your time and consideration on this matter and waiting for your positive reply.
Paul
Hi Paul,
Unfortunately, I don’t swap links with those not in the horse business, and more specifically in the awake and aware horse business. While I love all animals and adore cats, I don’t think we would be the most effective match on the internet. Good luck!
Dear Enlightened Horsemanship,
Thanks for your comment on my poem ‘Hurt’ and for linking to my poetry blog.
You are welcome to repost my poem, provided it is credited and linked to the original. I thought from your comment that you already had, but I haven’t seen it anywhere on this blog?
You have a lovely site here. 🙂
Best wishes.
Hello Puerhan
The post is upcoming–scheduled for next week.
I am grateful that you will allow it. It will link back to you, of course. Proper credit will be given.
Thanks for the compliment on the site–I work hard on it, and even now it is under construction.
I look forward to reading more of yours.
Kim,
I found your blog while researching a post for Fudge, an EPM horse. Our site offers the latest in clinical information on EPM, and the lastest on the FDA approved drugs. Please stop by for a visit. We do suggest TTouch for rehabing EPM horses, and are using it with Fudge.
Please pass the link on, other equestrians need up-to-date information on EPM. http://www.EPMhorse.org
EPMhorse
Hello EPMHorse
Thank you for pointing out your site. I will investigate and write about it.
I think I remember, are you a blonde, I remember looking around the room the 1st day to see the faces…but you know, we were in the presence of greatness and I was amazed to be in the same room with this woman who has made such a difference in the universe! Can you dig it?!
You were there?
Why only one day?
OMG, am sorry I didn’t meet you, or did we ?
I truly enjoy your thoughts here. I am not a horse person like you guys but this stuff ROCKS!
ggarbo,
I was moving here to Hawaii in only three days and I had a lot to do! It’s possible we didn’t “meet” formally, but I was there sitting next to Sandy and Robin.
You don’t need to be a horse person to learn from TTouch and TTEAM. It all applies to TTouch for You and Companion Animals, so read on!
Wow, how lucky am I! Fumbled onto your site by accident. After having gone to TTouch for Humans in Keswick and then having the opportunity to watch TTouch for horses in Middleburg…I have been trying to read, read, read up on anything and everything TTouch. I am amazed and totally hooked.
Your blog is full of the real McCoy! Very insightful and thought provoking.
Who are you people and where have you been all my life!LOL!
ggarbo
If you were at Keswick this year, then you met me. I was there the first day.
Congratulations on finding the coolest ever way to be with animals!
And I appreciate your comments on my blog. Thank you.
Please come back again and comment often. I look forward to seeing you here.
Lexus,
Thank you very much. Come back again and comment on a post! I’d love to hear from you.
Good site, admin.
Hi horseideology
thanks for responding here.
you describe exactly the kind of blog I did not want to write.
while I enjoy reading those from time to time, especially if they have photos, I think there are enough of those out there.
and I agree with you about poetry posts, too. either it’s to awful to contemplate, or you have nothing to add. I do have friends who post their own poems in response. I like that.
I love visiting as many blogs as I can, and I always try to leave a note saying I’ve been there. otherwise it’s like being a peeping tom–I like to announce my presence.
please come back again soon.
Hi EH –
I’m rather new to reading your blog. The first thing that struck me was a sense of real depth to it that was more then “I rode my horse today” or “I fed my horse a carrot.” 😛 I usually pass up the riding today, carrot feeding blogs unless they are a personal friend, just because… well I find that kinda stuff generally boring unless the blog writer is really exploring what they are doing and then of course I find it fascinating.
Although I have not commented much on your poetry posts, I have forwarded the link to them to others. The right poetry – does it need a reply? It seems that the words are far better then I could write in reply.
On your soon-to-be move I wish you the best. I can’t imagine giving up the mountains for the ocean but sometimes there are times we have to move on so we don’t stagnant or just move on to experience whatever the future holds.
And BTW thanks for visiting my own blog — HI
