This is a tough time to start a new enterprise, as everybody knows.
Hayley McDermot is getting Anything Equine off the ground in England and their website is now up.
I wouldn’t ordinarily pay attention to a site across the pond, but since it was brought to my attention, I’ve had a chance to browse goods we don’t get to see over here in America.
As a foxhunter, you just love to wear the newest “old” hat to the tailgate, or have something the others don’t have. You can find it on Anything Equine. If I were buying, I’d get the Banbury Ladies Wax Hat.
One of the things I like the best about this site is that they have equestrian articles. Most are pretty basic at this point, aimed at the novice rider. There was one in particular that I really liked: the History of Saddlery
The site is still a bit incomplete, and there are somethings you can’t find photos for, but it’s coming together fast. A single email and your questions will be answered. It’s worth a look even if you’re just craving things you can’t afford or don’t need. Someday, maybe you will!
Hats off to Hayley, for having the guts to start something bug in tough times. I wish you the best of luck.
